Here's the two bulls me and my hunting partner,Duck, took on opening day in New Mexico. Duck's bull is a 352 gross 6x7 and mine is a 324 gross 6x6. The bulls were really active where we were, fighting and bugleing I'm sure it will just get better but I wasn't about to pass on this bull in hopes of a bigger, maybe next time. Not bad for a couple of Okies on a DIY hunt.

Nice bulls. Im getting ready to go on my elk hunt on Friday. Glad you had lots of luck here in NM. And being from out of state even better. Thanks for sharing your pics. Getting me excited for the up coming season. My wifes family is from around Seminole and around Maud OK. Might be traveling to OK for Thanksgiving. Want to hunt Whitetails there. Have some land to hunt. Never hunted whitetails before. Will see what happens.
