I remember being at Ft Hood about 16 years ago and being collectively punished by the COC because we had a "morale problem".
This was after we all had to fill out what was supposed to be a confidential morale climate survey. Apparently they were not happy with our answers and decided even less morale would fix it. Ft Hood sucked.
