    Not the best camera in the world but nice seeing the variety of critters roaming around during the summer. Anybody use cell cameras? Have been thinking of trying a stealth cam fusion for spring/summer alerts on what’s nearby.

    Elephant nuts

    I may have freaked out a few family members but elk burger/bacon mix stuffed with cream cheese and garlic then wrapped in fresh elk caul fat. Smoked for 2 hrs with hickory. One of my favorite experiments I’ve done recently.

    Oregon Coast

    Not sure if it’s a rite of passage but figured I’d throw the where ya from out there. Live on the Oregon coast but have also lived in Nor Cal and Alaska. Hunt mostly blacktail, elk and ducks but will hunt or fish any opportunity that comes my way.
