Heck ya you guys really hit the lotto with your low odds and being attached even lowers your odds more. You guys will have a blast for the first time chasing elk in an awesome unit. Are you guys staying the full two weeks?

    Yea. We got second archery season. So we will only have 10 days to hunt. But we will be up there a few days before to get up the mountain and try and locate some bulls.

    Oh shit I thought you had the first hunt. Dam you guys REALLY struck gold haha second hunt is where it’s at, I have only had first hunts. Oh man that’s changes the game you should have no problem finding bulls to hunt, I actually drew September deer as well so I’ll be chasing deer after my elk hunt while your chasing elk. Ya knowing that now I’ll definitely give you a report from my scouting trips and from my hunt.
