Here is my 2010 Wisconsin buck kill with the bow. After six years of letting dink's walk, I finally got a respectable buck close enough for a shot...

I had another nice eight point & a larger 10 point lurking around my food plots all week looking for some action - this one came too close and got himself deflated ..:D

My daughter helped play blood hound...

Congrats! Great to see you get the kid out there as well. I threw in the towel today after sitting 2 days in the rain and wet snow. I had my chance and blew it but you pulled it off.

Thanks fella's !!

It's nice to finally get back on the wagon.... since I shot that hog eight point in my avatar in 2005 - the shooter bucks have kept themselves pretty much unseen til this year. This was my first Wisconsin archery buck since 2004.

I shoot a 2009 Bowtech Captain with Gold tip arrows painted in Ted Nugent white. I used Rage 3 blade the last 2 years, but after this year - I'm done with them.

This buck was a 25 yard quartering away shot and I hit him perfectly and the Rage failed to pass through... it's back to muzzy or G5's for next year.....

Schmalts - there is still late season.... you should already be accustom to the cold weather after this last weekend... ;)

Good luck in all your pursuits !!
