You might ask them. I've had sellers make exceptions. A lot of times this means they don't want to stress shipping something that might be illegal. When you explain that this is not a prohibited item they make an exception. I had a guy who was local pickup only on hi-cap mags, but when I explained Idaho is cool with them, he sold to me and shipped them.

Be careful about GunBroker sales into California. I'm in the middle of a double sales tax issue right now. I had to pay tax in 2 states. I'm still waiting for clarification from GB.

Have you called Wild Sports in Orangevale? I bought my 7mm there. I called Winchester and they should be able to tell you where they’ve shipped them in Ca. It’s how I found mine.
