think all these state that are makeing proposals to make extenive trail systems should talk to each other so they could connect them from state to state.

That would be a great idea....But then again, every one in Government is in their own little power strugles and unless the Feds get involved which would be a major joke, I could see the trails from state to state meating up about four feet apart just so they don't actaully have to agree on the exact way to do it amongst themselves...LOL...
I still like the idea though...

Wont happen and isnt worth even considering, plus we already have blacktop trails connecting all states...use those.
