I have a vortex viper hst 4-16x44 for sale. Only been shot 40 times. Tracked dead nuts to 600 yards and everything in between. Just went to a higher magnification. All scope parts and shins are in box. $450 for scope. $475 with Talley 30mm love rings for Remington 700

Kind of blows my mind that no one has commented on this and took you up on your offer. I just checked Cabela's and that scope is $570. Sadly I don't have $400 right now and am about to head on a trip out west, or that would work well on my Savage Model 110 Long Range Hunter in .300 WSM. I know it is a more tactical scope, but a high quality one for the price.

I shoot this on my 300WSM they track real nice and optics are great for the price. Luckily I don't need another.
Thanks for letting me know, I have mostly been looking at the Vortex Viper lineup from the more traditional hunting HS to the HST which is considered more tactical with both exposed turrets and the one in between being the Long Range. I have also looked at the VX-3i lineup and some others in that price range. Trying to build it up for hunting out west next season since I can't afford to go this fall. I will definitely have to save up for it. This is a good deal, I just don't have the income nor the amount in the bank to take advantage. Thanks for the short positive review though.

I also own this scope.
It tracks well and has held it's zero on my .300 win mag for almost 5years now.
Great scope at any price in this power range.
