The season here starts Aug. 30 who's going? My partner and I are switching areas and we are going up the 28 and staying till the 3rd, gonna hunt elk thur, fri, and when weekenders show up and chase the elk we are going too be spotting and stalking Deer on the peaks where the weekenders don't go.... Only 12 more days....

Yep, going up this morning, I'm at the FlyingJ waiting too get picked up at 5 am than going and looking for wallows and waterholes too sit at,

Found some awesome sign, several deer, found 2 places we might camp and devised a plan for opening day, we didn't get up there as early as we had planned but it was a great trip into elk country, man the smoke is bad....
