Anyone own one? Worth purchasing for an lightweight outer layer for a pack hunting elk?

I've owned a Jetstream for a few years now, and it gets a LOT of use. It's not waterproof, but is certainly a very good all around coat. Can't speak directly to the Lite model.

Personally, I run to hot to pack with any type of shell layer until it is below freezing.

What do you wear now, and how does that work for you?

It's an extra lightweight windbreaker, and an excellent one, minus the pocket locations.

I really don't have anything now. I have heavy stuff for cold whitetail hunting, but need something for chilly to warm weather. An all around outer layer for early season deer to archery elk
