I don't know if I want to see it because it will make my Chinese look pretty crappy :p
Crappy Chinese is one of my favorites! We have a grocery store chain in the Midwest, Hy Vee, that has the best crappy Chinese food! To bad the closest one is 1.5 hours away.

It would be perfect for a smoker, but I don’t have one :-(

Rub is liberal amounts of salt, sugar, marjoram, and onion powder. I topped with some pads of butter and wrapped in foil. Will try 275 degrees for 4 hours in the oven and see how it turns out. Minus the silver and tallow I trimmed off I have about 3 lbs raw meat.
