QD Rings for Sako 85

Hello all,

I recently bought myself a Sako 85 Bavarian (the rifle, not the carbine) and would like input. Are there any quality quick-detach rings for the 85 action? I bought a Leupold VX-3HD 1.5-5 to top it, but would also like to use the iron sights. Any help would be great.

My advice would be to see what sako optilock rings are available in quick release models. Sako does make quick release optilocks that work with a lever I believe.

All Sako Optilock rings are easily removed and return to zero. All you need is the right screwdriver which does not have to be huge, just make sure it fits well. I have had three Sakos and have switched scopes and gone back and forth with my Sako peep sight.
