preference points

Besides Wyoming what other western states can you buy a preference point for after the draw ? I'm in for a points in Colorado and sending in points to Wyoming but wondered where else to look at. Thanks

NV and UT allow you to buy points for about a week to 10 days after the draw deadline. The NV draw deadline is today. UT deadline has passed.
