Pack opinions

Ok all I need some help on picking a pack that I can not see. I am looking at a Mystery Ranch either Metcalf or Cabinet. I do mostly day hunts out and back and I understand both these packs will cover my needs on that. What I am wondering is who well the Cabinet caries once you add a hind quarter of an elk for a 3 mile pack back to the truck.

I mostly rifle hunt these days but may get back to doing a little bow hunting for Muley's in a year or two with my bow.

I have both of those bags. I believe the cabinet is going to be your best option for a straight meat hauler. I always keep my crew cab in the truck for follow up loads.

If you want something for day hunts that will haul meat, get the Pinter. If you want overnight hunts and meat hauling, get the metcalf. If you want to haul meat (will also work overnight, but will need extra storage bags) get the cabinet. All are capable of hauling a quarter or two boned out quarters.
