North Dakota Duck Hunt Interrupted by Crazy Neighbor

Think the harassment charge against the landowner has more merit than the charges against he hunters. But it will come down to whether the Minnesota guys are on his land or not. If they were on his land (however slight) don't think the harrasment charge can stick because they have to be legal hunters for that to be valid. May just be a civil case in the long run.

I don't think some grass lying on his corn stalks is going to stick as a trespassing charge. Then again, the yahoo in WY thinks that his air was damaged, so who knows.

Really gonna depend where the actual line is and what the court accepts as proof of the line.
