Welcome Bucnutz. There are lots of guys from your part of the world who post here and are coming out west to hunt elk every year. Pretty "doable" once you decided where you are most interested in hunting, and what your expectations are.

Just joined the forum. I have lived in MT almost all of my life and always had a passion for hunting. However I have just in the last couple of years really be able to get into it as much as I would like, but when it comes to hunting enough is never enough. I see a lot of Mt members on here and quite a few from the NE corner of the state, I hope that someday I would be able to join some of you on your amazing hunts.
