I don't want to hear how the states are better, they own significantly less than the feds and still can't get us access, and when they do acquire it, it's through a freakin' federal grant (LWCF)!

neffa3, I'd like to say that you're preaching to the choir here...but, most of these 90 percenters don't give a rat's ass about access. when you don't hunt, don't get out there, you don't need access. The confines of their cubicle is more than enough open space for these types
