Evan harvested his first game animal ever this morning. This gobbler will be hard to improve upon. Birds were quite vocal on the roost but took their time making their way to our setup.. Evan and his Father got to see quite a show as 2 longbeards proceeded to lay a real whooping on my strutter and Dave Smith Jake decoys. The first shot was a little shaky and "high" but the second dropped him in his tracks. What a great experience again the watch the unadultered elation on Evan's face when the bird dropped.
