Good Elk Hunting Books/Videos

I'm looking for some recommendations on good elk hunting books / videos. I'm not a rookie hunter. I don't need 6 chapters on elk history, biology, gun / bow selection. And I don't care about actual hunts, kill shots, fist pumping, crying etc. I'm hoping for something in the style of "Blood Brothers" whitetail dvds. The best "hunter helpful" dvds that I've ever watched.

eastmans has some decent books and vids,,,or just get randys season stuff for real d i y public land action.all seasons are excelent.

Thanks, Dan. I have all Randy's stuff. I'll check out Eastmans. Seems like elk are not really that much smarter than whitetails. They just live in rougher country.

i believe ther elk hunting the west is good,,,comes w a dvd with it too.Ive gotten almost every thing they have for the most part.

Take a look at Elknut's Playbook. It is a pretty good practical guide to elk hunting. It has help me better understand them.

X2 on Elknuts stuff. It will take years off your learning curve.

Elknuts DVD's taught me a lot. It was the best money I spent when learning how to hunt elk.
