I have what could be a once in a lifetime opportunity for Duck Hunters. Three azzholes backed out on us at last minute and the contract is signed.
My long time ARK duck buddy discovered there is a 100 ac Cypress swamp on his girl friend's deer lease. Saw ducks aplenty. Not been duck hunted in years.
No guarantees but a walk to blind will be there. If not happy with duck hunting we can end the lease which is for three years. If happy, we have option to renew. It is within 35 miles of Stuttgart.
We need three more....$2000 apiece...hawgs included but not deer.
