Main things concern potential bonus points and controlled hunts. Some of the proposal are to me pretty damn scary and pointless. If there is one thing the last few surveys have shown to me its that these things will probably be implemented no matter what the public input says :BLEEP: Last year people spoke out against the new deer regs (whitetail tag vs. general) and the commission made the change anyways. Based on that I bet we have preference points next year. Is there a chance having points would actually make it worthwhile to put in for a second chance hunt?
