Bear Camp-Idaho Back Country

Took this bear over our backcountry bait Thursday evening, spent 4 days in camp this trip, had a pretty eventful ride in when one of our mules decided she wanted to be on her back in a ravine with all four in the air, turned out to be pretty western , all worked out and she is much smarter now, we hauled everything out today,can't wait for next year!!

He is my nephew and was in camp for one evening,unfortunatley four bull elk decided to graze right in front of our bait (which was pretty cool),but no bears that night,next year i am quit sure he will change his schedule a wee bit,,

Been there and done that on the mule up side down in a ravine, carried a pistol down to shoot the mule and cut one strap. She left and my old friend who owned the mule asked how where we getting the sattle out. So I put it on my back and carried it out. I must have been younger then.
