Altitude Training Mask ???

I have been hearing more and more about the Altitude Training Mask.
Are any of you using one ?. if so, what do you think of it ??

Being a Flat Lander I am just wondering if it will help me adjust to the Altitude easier if I use it during my workouts ???.

I would really like to hear some opinions on it, before I spend $80.00 on one.

They don't work.

I did a Google search last night for reviews on the mask, I looked at about 4 different review sites, and read over 50 reviews.
Most were very positive, saying that it increased there overall endurance,
the negatives were mainly the fit, but most of that was on the old style.
and some said it took some getting use too, with it making it harder to breath, it caused some panic till you got use to it. ?.

I would still like to hear from someone that has actually tried one.

The science doesn't support it. If it works at all it is a placebo effect.
