I took him at 6:30 this morning. He came in so fast I almost wasn't ready for him. Only gobbled four times. two on the roost and two on the ground. I thought he was going to my left and kinda waited a bit before calling any more. Finally I made a soft call to see if he was going away and there he was!!! right to my left!! Luckily there were some trees between us,so I got the bow up and drawn he stepped out at 15 yds and that was all it took,,,,,,dead bird.:hump:

He wieghs in at 28 LBs the beard is 8.5" spurs are thick but only 5/8" all in all I am estatic with this bird and the hunt that went with him.
