Himalayan Tahr in New Mexico
No joke, I know an avid hunter who has shot 2 of these in unit 9 not on private or on the Rez. has them full body mounted. Used to run a Childrens guide service. I've seen them but they are very very hard to find. PM ME I can drop the coordinates.- STERHUNT
