Anything that helps the program and the landowners is a good thing. My kids and I hunt a lot of BM(mostly for birds) and just like public there are some good areas and some areas that are not that great. But it sure is nice to have them.
Amen.... And if the ranchers don't like it they can choose to sell they land at a lower price to their neighbor, it is a free market. The anti APR stuff is total nonsense and I have never heard a rational common sense opinion on why they are bad.
This is the best answer for BM, My kids and I hunt a lot of BM and would happily pay a $5 stamp fee for the access. I think half of the fee should go to payments and half to habitat projects.
