Bugling during a rifle rut hunt?

Jackson, WY Elk 2023 winterkill?
I’m not sure on the migration routes of the elk where there are coming from to access the feeding grounds, but they’ve had a supplemental feeding program and Jackson for years. It’s a tourist attraction.- Lima1seven

Elk reacting to being shot with rifle???
Out of every cost involved in an elk hunt the ammo is probably the cheapest thing. An extra round or two isn’t going to break you. Wounded elk don’t usually run towards the truck/4 wheeler. Best backcountry bone saw
Wyoming saw. If weight is an issue gerber exchange a blade saw. However the new gerber blades are not as robust as the old ones.- Lima1seven
