    If your hot-to-neutral voltage is 120V, then you shouldn't be hurting any appliances or electric bill, as the hot-to-neutral is the voltage that a typical cord-n-plug appliance would see.     I've run Cooper tires on my truck the past decade and same for my wife's vehicle. I just put a new set of Cooper AT3s on my wife's new (used) Toyota, they are a really solid tire, I think you'll like them.
