    Boots, eczema, and ingrown toenails

I have terrible feet. I ran track and cross country in school and suffered from eczema, ingrown toenails, and shin splints (pronation?). I wear my tennis shoes often to help with the eczema and ingrown toenails. I also change my socks once a day on an all day hunt and try to air my feet out...

I think there are a lot of late season cow opportunities. I think WY may even have some leftover cow tags usually?

    Public Land Turkey Strategies

I would say you could give it a try in the morning especially since the jakes are pretty young and dumb! If its a good spot, then the turkeys should be near. You never know what could happen.

    Hunting without high-priced toys

I have been thinking about this lately. Having new hunting and fishing gear is great, but there are other things I would rather spend (or save) money on. I hear stories of my dad hunting in blue jeans and a long sleeve shirt. I would rather go hunting/fishing more than worry about the best gear...

    Greetings From Georgia

I think this is one of the reasons that we still have 2 bucks and 10 anterless. No one I know actually shoots that many deer. Where would they put all the meat? haha I'm not sure if non residents have the same limits.

Tips for a new turkey hunter

Great advice here! I have found woodsmanship and scouting to be the most important. After all, you can't kill turkeys unless they are in that area. Make sure to hunt all day if possible. Listen to the Jay Scott Podcast for a really in depth turkey hunting series with Chris Roe. It is episode...

    Credit card for applications

I use my Discover IT card as well as my Cabelas card for some places like AZ that does not accept Discover. Most of the refunds will be posted on the next statement at least so you should receive the cashback rewards still even if you get a refund. I am 22 and grew up thinking credit cards are...

What sight - has been figured out

I am thinking about going with the regular also. I think the dovetail on the XL is the main difference. It allows you to get the sight out further from your riser. Some people say its easier to see the pins that way?
