Congratulations, sounds and looks like a great trip.
We will be there in a couple days and it sounds like it will look a lot different with a few inches of snow coming!
Best bet is the county GIS department website, which typically have up to date maps of the roads maintained by the county. In some cases certain stretches of road may be public and maintained by the county but interconnected by private segments that are privately maintained. You can't tell by...
OnX is great but I have a few requests, which I don't think would be very difficult to incorporate:
1. Allow creation of folders for waypoints/routes/tracks so that content can be organized. Current method of filtering only by date of creation or content type makes it very frustrating trying...

We really expected to draw our first choice, but everyone else jumped on the same unit and it went from 100% draw to 0% draw for us, but we got another point...

Just saw this on FB:

The Bureau of Land Management today announced that it is seeking public nominations for four open positions on the Wyoming Resource Advisory Council. Application instructions and materials are available at...
No kidding. I saw a single herd of close to 60 antelope (counted at least 55, before they went over a ridge) on a certain piece of private land that is completely surrounded by BLM. Saw the outfitter truck driving around there a few times each day, keeping them on this private.
I'm getting 1/2" groups at 100 yards with Ruger American Compact (18" barrel) using Federal Fusion ammo. They only make it with one bullet option - 95 gr soft point. I tried it after reading a lot of references to it for the Ruger American in 243. Works for me...
