    Kansas Points

Hey yall, I am not being allowed to purchase a point only in Kansas. The system rejects my request and says I have no prerequisites to be able to purchase. So I have searched their new system and the original website with no prevail. I am not sure what I need to purchase in order to purchase a...

    Generosity to non-residents

This thread kinda took a turn. However a older friend of mine made this point to me years ago. Stop a small local cafe for breakfast. At the end of your trip stop at it again for coffee a burger or whatever. It’s a longer story and a great backstory.

    Generosity to non-residents

I like the NR opportunity aspect of all this. However, I feel first and foremost any state should take care of their herd and resident hunters first. I know Colorado is a badass place with lots of habitats. If too many hunters are crowding vs taking too many animals, well I would think the...

I will get it set up on my phone. We live back in Missouri now and spent three years in WA. I killed a nice 8-point whitetail up...

    My curiosity is killing me

Watching some you tube on this rainy day in missouri, came across something odd. In episode S3 E2 Randy is hunting pronghorn in wyoming. At 7:21-7:28 in thosebreif seconds it looks as if a bird pops out the bucks but. What do you guys see? Or is this something that is normal?

2017 Wyoming Pronghorn hunt help for the newbie!

Devil dog, I am in your same boat. Buddies will not commit, and picking a unit that I can camp and hunt from has been difficult. I do not have the knowledge of the pronghorn to know what habitat the like. All the hunting videos show open yet hilly terrain. So heck I once I think I picked a unit...

Newbie/Rookie E scouting and GPS questions

I have been searching the Web and this forum for knowledge. I am curious though from your experience should I be ordering wyoming blm and county road maps along with some topo to try to get a handle on a unit to apply for antelope. Or is it easier and more logical to pony up for onxmaps to find...

So I am more in it for the experience and adventure almost as much as the harvest of a animal. Any animal would be a amazing adventure, I am not looking for any record book animals. I will admit that after watching the meateater episode of lobster on the prairie (antelope) hunt I have had a...

Thanks, I would really like to camp on the Prairie and hunt pronghorn for my first diy trip. I would like to think this would be the beginning of attempting to hunt a western state each year. My plan is to start pocketing points for multiple species. Our house just sold and my wife has aplied in...

So I'm from mid missouri and dream of a western hunt. I would like to diy, but I don't have any buddies to interested to share the load. I feel like a pronghorn hunt would be a good starter hunt but elk are always on my mind. I need to work on my fitness and my shooting skills so not really...
