gun or scope
I have a newer to me, Marlin 270 with a Leupold scope. have taken it out a couple times over the last couple years and cannot get it to shoot straight. the first shot is true, off a sled at 100 or prone at 300, but the following shots all have big time drop and variance. what would you think...- archerfish

co late elk hunt 3, 301
Taking my 12 year old for his first big game hunt around craig in a couple weeks, anyone have thoughts on spots, areas to avoid. I have never hunted the unit. does the north end of 3 hold any animals in all that blm land, maybe the stl's. thanks for your input- archerfish

Whitetail hunting with youth
Out of Colorado, wanted to get a feel for a good youth hunt in Texas, Kansas, or Nebraska. I have a 12 year old and want to get him a fair experience for not a whole bunch of money.
