    Salmon Fillet...know it's not game but good marinade

    Salmon fillets with skin Season with lemon pepper, fine chopped garlic, and salt. Mix 1/3 cup of soy or worchestire sauce, 1/3 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup water, 1/4 cup oil. Let salmon marinade for a few hours. Cook skin down first then flip to other side til done.
