I'm planning on doing some beaver trapping this winter. I was hoping to get a wallet made from the tails. Looking for recommendations on companies to work with. I'd prefer to not work with USA Foxx if at all possible. Thanks in advance!
I have a 555 enhanced in 20 ga. I like the gun, reliable, very light, good wood for the price. Minor fit\finish issues, but they don't bother me. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase.
Looking for recommendations for custom ammunition companies. I own a rifle in 6mm remington, and would like to shoot copper bullets (preferably Barnes), which is impossible to find in factory loads. I don't handload, and don't plan on starting.
Thanks in advance.
Going to buy a gps collar for my Griffon. Trying to decide between the Garmin Astro 430 and the Dogtra Pathfinder. Curious to hear folks experiences with them. Any input is appreciated.
I've shot a bunch of whitetails with the GMX in 150g 30.06. Great bullet, very happy with the performance, good blood trails, never had a deer go further than ~50 yds. Most go less than 20 yds.
Looking into getting the Dogtra Pathfinder gps collar for my Griffon. Not much for reviews on the internet, figured I'd ask if anyone here has one, and what their opinion was. Thanks in advance.
Hey all - I just found out that I drew a WI bobcat tag for this year, and am looking for some advice. I plan on trapping, and am interested in some scent/lure recommendations. This will be my first attempt at trapping a bobcat, so any additional information is welcome. Thanks!
I have found that the saving of offline maps is very glitchy. The maps fail to save roughly 75% of the time. This is especially the case if the new map I am saving overlaps slightly with a map I have already saved.
In general, I like the changes to the app, but there is clearly an issue with...
While this bill may seem fine at face value, it is a terrible idea. Why should one state agency pay another state agency for land that is already public? All this bill does is steal money from the Stewardship fund that would otherwise be used to add more new public land for people to recreate on.
I have shot numerous whitetail with the 150 grain 30.06 Hornady gmx at ranges from 15 to 130ish yards. None of them went more than 40 yards. Plus, I don't have to eat lead. Win-win.
All I was saying is that I find it a bit disconcerting that we may soon have a member of SCOTUS who "personified the 'Sagebrush Rebellion' of the 1970s and 1980s". Should we judge him based solely on this? No, but given the relative dearth of information out there right now on Gorusch, I thought...
Great video Randy! It's tough to convey the upland hunting experience on TV, but you and your crew did a better job than I've seen in a while. Keep it up!!!
