    Can someone help explain this one? Wyoming has a 60/40 split for non residents regular fee vs special tag fee. The bill talks about raising fees on 40% of the tags but the bill list current fees that don't match what's on WY game and fish?

    Annual elk rifle thread

    Heavy barrel Howa 1500 in 300 win mag, topped with a 6-24 Vortex pst, slinging 200 grain Accubonds. Took two elk with it this year.

    Junk Chrono, if those were real speeds, you would have ejector marks or problems on the retumbo and the 4831sc wouldn't have felt or sounded right
