Montana license question
I thought I read somewhere that you can turn your elk license/permit back in for an 80% refund if you choose not to use the tag. For example, if I draw a more preferable tag after successfully drawing a Montana permit. The pic is the only information that I could find in the regs. Anybody more... -

Did anyone save the Wyoming elk leftover list right when it came out this year and be willing to share? If I'm reading the 2016 draw odds correctly I don't think there will be any leftovers for the unit I'm looking at for a plan B in 2017, but thought I'd at least see what else might be... -
