Finding Glassing Points
Google earth is the best for this I feel. A couple quick tips. If there's an area you really want to glass, go to ground view mode at that spot then look around for glassing points you can see from that spot. The opposite strategy would be to find a good glassing spot, go to the ground level... -

Golite Shangri-la redux coming
Love my SL-5, such a good lightweight option for 3 guys in the backcountry, glad to hear they may be back on the market soon. For the nests I believe some guys have had good luck getting nests made by Bear Paw Wilderness designs if that's all you need.- freerange

Favorite truck accessories?
I had a Decked for a number of years (under a shell) and really liked it but ultimately found it wasn't super space efficient. Having 3 kids and all my out of state hunts involving 3+ guys in my truck it just didn't make sense. Built myself a higher storage deck so coolers and totes fit both...- freerange

How many Havalon blades do you take with you?
I keep the old blade on from the last animal (deer usually for me) on the knife for the starting cuts through hide and work up the neck and skull because those are what dulls the blade most. Don't post here a lot but I find this an interesting topic.
