Moose, goat, and sheep
So I have yet to draw a tag for moose goat or sheep. But once you draw there is a 7 year wait, my question is if you draw can you hunt the unlimited areas before the 7 year wait is up?- Montanahunterjon

montana bear question

Missouri River Breaks MT- Hunting Elk
I am no expert on that area but I went on the north side last year and I lost about a pint of blood. I think the Mosquitos are attracted to deet, because repellent had no effect.:W:- Montanahunterjon

What is everyone's go to bullet for elk?
I hunt with partitions. I used to think they were too old school and that accubonds or Barnes looked better. But I shot some out of my weatherby and wow! Accurate as heck and they are deadly! I guess it depends on what your rifle likes but most a pretty good.- Montanahunterjon
