Montana Rifle Elk Permit Question
Anybody know why there haven’t been any Bull permits issued to non-residents (non landowner) for unit seven hundred in 2018 and 2019? Do resident landowners get first crack at the 25 non-resi tags? Am I SOL trying to draw that tag for the foreseeable future? -

2017 Mulie
Here's my one and only success from 2017, a CO buck :). I had 3 deer tag's last season, but chose not to avoid the areas that reported heavy winterkill (Idaho), and that was a mistake.
