First World Problem - Would You Buy Land Right Now??
I'm getting close to making an offer in a property in a western state. It basically is a smaller cattle operation with house, shop, barn, etc. It's a low 7 figure price. CO - Looking for Snowmobile Tour/Ride over New Years for 7 year old
We're going to CO over new years, we are staying close to Copper Mtn. Last year when we did this we did a snow mobile tour. Low Country Elk??
Anyone recommend a state/unit for low country elk? Been wanting to take my dad on an elk hunt but he would not be able to do a high country hunt. The only states/units I know of are 5-10+year wait to get drawn. I would prefer to do this w/in the next 2-3 years. A bull tag would be nice, but... -

MT bonus point and lisc question

Wyoming Wilderness Area Map
Been looking into putting in for a special gen tag for WY elk hunt but I'm trying to stay away from units that have any wilderness areas or at least those that have a lot of it. Anyone able to point me to a map were I can see the boundaries for wilderness areas. Best one I was able to find so... -

CO unit 34
Anyone have any info on this unit. Been checking it out on maps for archery hunt in Sept. Will be getting elk, deer, bear tags for an 8 day hunt. About the only thing I can find out about it is that some areas are pretty rugged and steep. -

Best State for plains Mule Deer
Been kicking around the idea of doing a plains mule deer hunt. Anyone have any NR experience in either NE, SD, or KS mule deer for rifle or muzzleloader with somewhat easy to get tags? Would like to be able to camp in an area if possible. And obviously public access land is a must.
