    I think you nailed it. That's my dream - be able to hunt the same area for a few years and really DIY hunt. Both for the enjoyment and savings. With no time to scout and few opportunities to hunt, the trespass fee is a good compromise. I hope to start annual trips to CO beginning this fall...

    I went to Douglas for antelope and mule deer in 2008. You can read about my hunt at: www.virginia-outdoors.com/articles/wyominghunting. Not that I'm an expert, but I learned a lot on my one outing. Good luck. A good spotting scope may be worth it.
