Missouri Youth Hunt........
Took him out and didn't see any deer. We did however, get to see a possum up close. Should have taken my camera to get the look on my son's face! That was priceless. Plan on taking him on a bowhunt soon. Bought a Browning Micro Midas and all the necessary poop for a Christmas he won't forget in... -

Thanks brike! Yeah he's really excited. Got a great place to take him and I think the odds are in his favor. Been seeing a lot of mature deer in there. No one has been in to run em around yet. You been seeing anything lately brike? -

Missouri Youth Hunt........
begins Oct. 28th and ends on the 29th. I'm taking my son and he can't wait. It will be his first deer hunt. He turned 7 in July. We have a large tract of land to hunt and hope to be the only hunters those 2 days. -

Bowhunting whitetails
Thought about going this morning to see if the deer would be moving. Well looked at the weather and the high for today is 88. That put an end to my plans. I don't like to hunt in this heat and the deer don't seem to move much in it. Maybe better weather next weekend. :rolleyes: -

Bow killed squirrels
Nice shot for sure! Those buggers are hard to hit. I like to rabbit hunt with my bow. Longest shot to date is 30 yards. -
