Moosies Mud Hen Recipe
Dig a hole in the back yard. Build fire in the hole. Throw the coots in the hole. Burn them untill they are ash. Bury the hole. Then go eat some good ducks. Ohhh, I forgot liberally season with salt and pepper.- Jingow
