Looking for any advice I can get. I've got next weekend to try and get a cow in unit 7. I've spent 2 weeks hunting pretty hard putting on lots miles along with a couple extra weekend when I could go. This is my first year ever elk hunting for myself and I can honestly say it's been the best...

General Wy elk hunt for complete beginner

My girlfriend drew her first elk tag this year, I was not so lucky! She got a general tag since we live in the panhandle of Nebraska so it will open more options for us. Due to us both having new jobs we will pry be doing several weekend hunts rather than the originally planned week to ten day...
