NV_Hunting

How was the hunting pressure during your hunt? Been up scouting a few times, glassed a few cows and spikes but yet to see any branch antler elk, all have been on the Utah side. I've spent 3-4 AM and PM sessions glassing Nevada side but just deer and antelope. I hiked around Debbs and found old sign up high. Any insight you would share would be awesome.

Sorry! I have been MIA on this page for a while. Saw lots of elk scouting for my hunt. Killed mine on opening morning up Bettridge on the Utah side. With the fire over there this summer, it may not be a great spot.

Saw a lot off of Patterson Pass the night before the hunt on the Nevada side. Saw them in that area regularly leading up to the hunt. Saw a bunch near Tunnel Springs on the Utah side and also off the same road on the Nevada side West of the old mining area.

Thanks, I was finally able to locate a few nice bulls the last couple of weekends. Heading up there Wednesday to scout again before the hunt starts on Saturday. Cant wait!
