    Bowsight Pin Colors?

    I have a 7 pin Spot Hogg sight and I am going to change my pins to .010 size and I have the opportunity to change the pin colors. I have done some research and it looks like the red color pins are not good. I am thinking about doing green,yellow,green and so on. What is your guys advice?

    Binos on tripod for archery elk hunting?

    I’m new to elk hunting and I am wondering if you guys use your binos on tripods for archery elk. I know for rifle hunting I see a lot of guys use tripods, but for archery elk hunting is a tripod still a necessity?

    Thanks for the advice. Sounds like 10x with a tripod is the favorite. Can I still quickly be able to handle 10x without a tripod for quick situations?
