    I went and looked, and I can confirm that both the R14 and NR16 applications shown on the CPW report for the AM011O1M hunt were both part of a group app - that had less than 14R and 16NR points respectively.

    We show odds in New Mexico as "1st choice draw odds for a single applicant" because the odds you will draw your second choice change depending on your choice 1. Overall, your chance of drawing one of your 3 choices is essentially equal to the odds of your easiest to draw hunt choice.

    When dehydrating ground beef, add 1/2 cup of fine dried breadcrumbs per pound of meat. It rehydrates much better and you generally avoid the beef gravel issue. And get at least 90% lean.
