Thanks for the info! Im very close to pulling the trigger on a 12x14 with two doors, colorado storm flaps and 2 windows.

Thank you so much for the detailed response! I appreciate that. I was thinking about a 10x12 first for my son and i but then i thought about going to a 12x14. What are your thoughts? To big and it gets hard to heat.
