My wife and I run a business building the best maple syrup processing equipment in the business, Evaporators, filtering machines, bottling systems, ect. Time is short running our 10 years young business of 20 people, but i dream of the time I get to go elk hunting in in MT, ID, WY, or CO. Elk hunting, an activity which some folks take for granted, is my only "bucket list" item.
