    i ran into similar problems when I was looking for hunt high to read. None of the library's had it until I asked at the front desk and they had it sent from a different library in the state on a exchange program so I could rent it. Hope this helps

    I got the vortex razor HD LH 2-10x40 and I highly recommend it, very clear glass and I like that retical option. they make one that is 3-15x42 That might suit your needs a little better
